The résidence Eperon is located 1, place de l’Eperon, close to the main square and Bourbon gate.
The furnished studios
- 16, 20, 24 or 32 sq. m. quiet and light studios (click on the button at the bottom of the page to read the description of each studio)
Equipment and services
- Wifi (optical fiber)
- Washing machine to be shared with the other studios. Private washing machine in the 24 sq. m. studios
- Fully equipped kitchen with utensils for 2 people, 2 hotplates, oven, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and kettle
- Living room with space to eat, coffee table and television, and sofa bed in some studios
- Bed linen and towels are not provided. You can rent them (bed linen, 2 towels, 1 facecloth and 2 tea towels) (30 euros).
- If you do not want to do the cleaning at the end of your stay, you can ask for the cleaning to be done (40 euros).
The park
Enjoy the courtyard and the 1000 sq. m. park with the garden furniture.
